How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer (direct deposit) only. After placing your order, you will receive our bank details (BSB, account number, and your unique order reference). Your order will be processed once payment has cleared.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Australia.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours at contact@slatepeptides.au with photographic evidence.

Are your products for human consumption?

No. All products sold by Slate Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
